Roberta is a dedicated leader and mentor with a wealth of experience spanning over eight years in the United States Army, where she served as a leader and instructor, training military personnel in equipment and operations. Her diverse background in technology and communications compliments her entrepreneurial spirit, as she and her husband proudly own multiple companies.

As the founder and CEO of Zero to Strong, a women's empowerment and networking organization, Roberta is passionate about inspiring, educating, and empowering women, as well as the next generation of  leaders. She believes in creating opportunities for women to thrive both professionally and personally.
